Last term, students enjoyed a trip to Biology Live London, with inspiring talks from popular scientists such as Professor Robert Winston and Professor Dame Sue Black.

Professor Winston is a renowned medical doctor and distinguished scientist, particularly in the area of human fertility in which he is a pioneer of IVF treatment. Professor Dame Sue Black DBE is a leading forensic anthropologist, anatomist and academic. She has pioneered methods of identification now commonly used in criminal cases and has led many high-profile forensic investigations in war zones and at sites of natural disasters.

The day was enriching and enjoyed by all.
