We were delighted to learn that Max (Year 9) has recently received a Jack Petchey Achievement Award for his dedicated contribution to the 1476 Rayleigh Air Cadets. The award organisers praised his enthusiasm, kindness, respect and integrity, noting he is the epitome of the great cadet.

This award came only weeks after Max won the 'Cadet of the Year' award from his squadron for throwing himself wholeheartedly into Air Cadets and dedicating all his free time towards supporting the squadron and becoming the best cadet he could be.

We are proud of Max’s impressive achievements and congratulate him on his success. His award was presented by Councillor Sarah-Jane Page, Chair of Rochford District Council.
