Contacts and Opening Times

Should you wish to e-mail the School please fill in the contact form.

Please note that while we welcome parental contact with the School this must be by letter or telephone call.  We do not ordinarily reply to parental emails as senders' identities can be difficult to verify.  We are most grateful for your continued support in relation to this matter.

General Enquiries can be sent to: Office@whsb.essex.sch.uk

Parents, and members of the public, who have general enquiries, should first contact the Reception desk, or Mrs Holley, the Headmaster’s PA.

In the case of queries regarding the School curriculum, or pastoral matters;

Parents of pupils in the Lower School, or members of the wider public, may contact the Lower School Pastoral Office (Mrs Radford)
Parents of pupils in the Middle School, or members of the wider public, may contact the Middle School Pastoral Office (Mr Wilson)
Parents of students in the 6th Form may contact the 6th Form Pastoral Office (Mrs Burden)

The School’s Special Education Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) is Mrs Revell.
All of whom may be contacted via the Main Reception Desk (01702 475443).

The School is ordinarily open from 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday during term-time, with registration at 8.45am, and end of formal lessons at 3.35pm.
In a typical week this amounts to 42.5 hours that the School is open (34.16 hours of formal time).
